My passions

I’m a Full Stack Developer working primarily in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). I enjoy building scalable, maintainable system architecture. I recently worked as a Lead Full Stack Engineer at a startup called Plantbase.io along with a team of developers and designers. Plantbase.io is a full stack application written in the MERN stack, and it’s designed to help people find vegan products. Currently, I'm learning React Native (for iOS and Android Development), the Apollo implementation of GraphQL, TypeScript, and AWS.

I have been a musician for nearly my entire life

Coding is just one of my passions, the other passion I have is music. I have been playing guitar, cello, and piano for my whole life. I am also an avid electronic music producer, so I consider Ableton to be my fourth instrument. I went to Berklee College of Music and earned a bachelor's degree in Electronic Production & Design as well as a degree in Music Business Marketing. My goal is to create technologies that inspire people to be creative just as Ableton has done for me.
